Cancellation Policy

Skin Within Booking & Cancellation Policy At Skin Within, we are committed to providing every client with dedicated time and the highest level of care. When an appointment is booked, that time is reserved exclusively for you, and our staff schedule, treatment rooms, and preparation are arranged accordingly. Cancellation & Rescheduling We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment to another client who may be waiting. Late Cancellations & No Shows Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will result in the booking deposit being forfeited, as deposits are non-refundable. Why We Have This Policy As a professional clinic, appointments involve staff allocation, treatment room preparation, product preparation, and ongoing business overheads. Last-minute cancellations make it difficult to fill the reserved time and directly impact our team and clinic operations. This policy helps ensure we can continue to provide the highest quality service to all clients. Deposits A 30% deposit may be required to secure certain appointments. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment. By booking an appointment with Skin Within, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for supporting our small business.
