Cancellation Policy
SKIN WITHIN CLINIC BOOKING POLICY Booking & Deposit Policy To secure your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits allow us to reserve dedicated treatment time with our clinicians and help ensure smooth scheduling for all clients. Your deposit will be applied toward the cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments changed or cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will result in 30% of your deposit being non-refundable. Failure to attend your appointment without notice (no-show) may result in forfeiture of your deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings. Why We Have This Policy At Skin Within, treatment appointments are reserved exclusively for you. Last-minute cancellations and missed appointments impact our clinicians, staffing, and clinic scheduling, and often prevent us from offering that appointment time to another client. We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us provide the highest level of care and availability to all of our clients.
